When you mention or DM Catalyst, we process the message text, the channel and workspace ids, and the sender's Slack user id so the bot can respond. To build a team roster you can ask Catalyst to import channel members; it then reads members' display name, profile photo, and email from Slack. We store a per-workspace bot token (issued by you during install) to post replies.
Solely to provide the bot's features (ideas, checklists, reminders, PR reviews) inside your workspace and a companion web dashboard. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Data is stored in our backend (Convex) for as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling the app revokes the token; you can request deletion of your workspace's data via the support contact below.
We use infrastructure providers (Vercel, Convex, Clerk) to run the service and an LLM provider to generate responses. Message content sent to Catalyst is processed by that model to produce a reply.
